MHJHAA Track & Field Results

St. IMG_7527Mary’s School won their first aggregate championship in more than 12 years, winning with 265 points. CHHS was second with 244, and MHHS took third at 227 points.

City Track and Field Meet Info and Schedule

There are some slight change to the start of the meet this year.athletics-track-lane-numbers-athlete-running-sport-background-45196745. It should be noted that the meet will begin at 8:20 this year and not the usual 9:00.

Coaches are asked to be at the track at least an hour before start time in order to get their school’s bibs and hand them out prior to the beginning of the meet’s start time.

MHJHAA Team Fare Well at Zones

Local competitors competed at the South Zone Jr High Athletic Association Badminton Championships in Medicine Hat.

Dr Roy Wilson and Alexandra finished 5th and 6th place respectively in the 1J aggregate

Schuler and Seven Persons finished 6th and 7th place respectively in the 2J aggregate

Irvine and Parkside finished 3rd and 4th respectively in the 3J aggregate.

St. Mary’s, Notre Dame, and Medicine Hat High finished 2nd, 4th, and 7th respectively in the 4J aggregate.
