Alexandra Repeats as Track Aggregate Winner

Alexandra successfully defended it’s aggregate title at the MHJHATammy PhotoA City Track Meet on Tuesday, May 28. Alexandra also took 3 of the 6 individual aggregate titles. St. Mary’s took second place, while Seven Persons took third.

Midget Girls: Audyn Mettauer – Roy Wilson

The SZJHAA Track Meet will be at the Rotary Track on Tuesday, June 4. Athletes who finished in the top two will automatically be entered into the zone tournament (except for relays – top one).

NDA, Irvine Take Zone Aggregate Titles

Notre Dame and Irvine took their domination of local badminton to Lethbridge for the annual South Zone Jr High Athletic Association tournament. Notre Dame won the 4J aggregate banner for the second time in a row. Irvine took the 3J banner. JT Foster from Nanton took the 2J banner, while Lethbridge’s Gilbert Patterson took the 1J banner.

Parkside – Kapri Booker – gold – bantam girls singles; Addie Selk – bronze – bantam girls singles.

Irvine – Kiara Ressor – gold – midget girls singles; Justin Jager & Noah Hawkes – bronze – midget boys doubles; Kierra Zentner & Axton Ferguson – Gold – midget mixed doubles

Notre Dame – Jordan Weisgerber & Kylee Waldeggar – Bronze – midget girls doubles; Roman Cherniak – Silver – Juvenile boys singles; Francine Seba – Bronze – Juvenile girls singles; Kailey Duchscherer & Marin Sinclair – Gold – Juvenile girls doubles.
